Access denied when trying to log into SSCL

For licensing the “Questa*-Intel® FPGA Edition”, I have to generate a license through the “Intel® FPGA Self-Service-Licensing-Center” (SSCL). When I try logging in to SSCL, I get an “Access Denied”...

    May I know how this private information could be helpful, especially regarding the NIC-ID (MAC address)?

    The issue is with accessing my (SSCL) account online and not with generating a license locally on my PC.
