About Legacy Quartus II Web Edition Licensing Request

Question

I am Shigeki Takeda of Ibaraki university Japan and Prof. of electrical and electronic Department. I use FPGA boards in my class on designing of LSI and FPAG. I had requested the following license files about a week ago, but I have not been able to receive them. I would appreciate if you could confirm the status of them.

I have a class on Wednesday in the next week.
But from January, if possible, I would like to start exercises on LSI design using FPGA boards.
