About Intel® FPGA SDK for OpenCL™ download

Thank you for posting in Intel community forum and hope all is well.

May I know where did you downloaded the .tar files, per understanding the windows versions of SDK should be in .exe format.

You may refer to the link below to download the files in the 'Additional Software' tab:

After the download and installed more details can be found in the getting started guide:

Hope that clarify.

Note: as OpenCL has announce deprecated notice, would advise to move design to Intel oneAPI.
