Able to install Quartus Lite on Windows 10 with no pbm (as a user with adminitrator acct privileges). I could not add device support for DE2-115 FPGA Dev Bd as a user with administrator acct privileges. But I was able to as administrator.

Is it required that you be administrator to install device support for development boards in Quartus?

Should you install Quartus as administrator?

Comment: I didn't see any mention of this in the instructions.

    Hi Don,

    Not a mandatory. But good to have administrator privileges.

    I suspect memory requirement. Do you have enough memory to install the devices?

    If we don't have enough memory space we will face problems.

    Please share some image with error or message.
