a strange question with pin planner

When I open the pin planner,it has no other title except the "Node Name".I have tried to completely delete the program and reinstall it, but still the same after I reinstall it. The same project file works with newer version like Quartus 11 ,Quartus 12, but I have to use Quartus 9 for schoolwork.

    If I found problems on the pin planner, I tried to assign the pins on the "assignment editor" or re-open the Quartus.

    I just tested something which maybe help you.

    Try to right click on the "node name" tabs, and try to check the other tabs. (picture attached*)
