8 bit binary UP/DOWN counter

Hi guys , I new to Altera,,I have to teach myself for a project.

need to design and simulate a 6 bit binary up/down counter using the ahdl behavioral model with an asynchronous reset. please help

    Use quartus II templates.

    right click on a new AHDL file and click insert template. There are a lot of counter schemes
