292014 Can't find valid feature line for core Terasic_DE3_Regulator_Controller

After installing a new license, I saw the following error when compiling my verilog code with Quartus 13.1

---

Error (292014): Can't find valid feature line for core Terasic_DE3_Regulator_Controller (535C_000C) in current license

Error (10003): Can't open encrypted VHDL or Verilog HDL file "D:/00_Projekt/ES_TESTING_CASCU/CaSCU_2022_131/iov_a3v3_b1v8_c3v3_d3v3.v" -- current license file does not contain a valid license for encrypted file

How I can solve this error ?

    Issue resolved, Terasic_DE3_Regulator_Controller licence found and added to licence file
