.VCD file Generation

Hi,

I am having a problem generating the .VCD file for power analysis.

In my quartus 2 settings,my Desgn instance name is check,now coming modelsim altera,

I need to Enable VCD to dump signals under a desired instance using the below syntax.

- Syntax: vcd add <path_to_instance>/*

How do i find the path to my instance or what does it really implies?
