.v to .bdf?

I have a .v file and I would like to use the Block Editor. Can Quartus convert or save a .v file as a .bdf?

    Open up the .v file in quartus.

    Then go to File-> Create/Update -> Create Symbol for current File.

    This will create a block that can be added to your schematic design file.
