zero data buffer on the jtag_uart

Hi,

I am working on my own board with a 2C20.

When I try to communicate by the jtag_uart, I receive sometimes a buffer with some 'zero' data ( in general it is a 64 bytes buffer).

The nios2-terminal in this case doens't work fine....
