Wishbone to Avalon Bridge

Hi, someone can explain me, how to adapter "MAC_10_100 Opencore" with whishbone bus to Avalon bus? Thanks Giok

Can you talk much in detail?? Because now I want to write a bridge between avalon and wishbone to attach my IP to NiosII. But I can't understand the timing of avalon very well.
