Windows 7 Compatibility with Quartus II and Nios II (version 12.0 and version 9.1)

I have used Quartus II and Nios II 12.0 and 9.1 in Windows 7 (both in 32 bit and 64 bit) and first I had a problem with running my program in Nios II. It was saying that heap couldn't allocate. Later I fixed it and now I'm getting a different result in Windows 7 compared to Windows Vista. In Windows Vista I got the correct result. How can I change the settings of Nios II/Quartus II for getting the same results?
