why can not use nios-debug ?

I could use nios-debug before. But now I can not use it. I installed niosII processor software recently, are there some relation with these two things?

    From the sdk shell, type nd

    If it gives you the options, then it at least knows about it.

    Also, try n2d

    I have both installed on my machine and I get response from nd and n2d (different responses).
