In a word - none. That example was designed to show how Nios fared with Stratix II when support came out with Quartus for those devices. If you install Nios II 1.01 you'll see a whole set of example designs & board components, all tested in hardware, for two real-life Stratix II dev boards. These are the Nios dev board S-II edition (2S60ES chip), and DSP dev board S-II edition (a faster speed grade 2S60ES chip). More Stratix II boards will likely follow in the future.

I am not involved with the production of either of these boards, but my guess is that they should be available for purchase soon, if not already.

i do really confused, why there aren't any reference design support for the ep1s80 board .the other boards are very similar ,but the s80 board has many new componets(example: the flash and sram). i am confused about these,how to make them available.

i know the Stratix II has many new features.but i think the s80 is enough for my task.

I think that there are no Nios reference designs for the EP1S80 board because this DK was not build as an Nios DK instead it was build as an DSP DK.

there are some reference designs for s80 but there isn't any information about flash and sram and so on. the DSP DK doesn't like the nios DK that has some examples .
