Where is uCos

I am reinstalling Quartus4.1 and NiosII1.0 on a system and I am not seeing uCosII examples or components.

They were there previously - whats up?

    It appears the NiosII CD I have is an evaluation version and does not contain uCos.

    While I look for the real CD, is the NiosII SW available for download, or only CD?
