Where is the complete documentation for libc Nios II newlib libraries?

Hi,

Can you advise me where I can find the complete documentation for New libc NIOS II?

The "Help" of NIOS II IDE says that is is automatically installed within NIOS II folder but this is not the case on my computer

The following page (http://www.altera.com/support/kdb/solutions/rd11272007_505.html) provide a link for the documentation but the link is broken!
