Where is nios2-download?

I following the wiki: http://www.nioswiki.com/operatingsystems/uclinux/uclinuxdist I installed the binary toolchain and changed my PATH accordingly. But I cannot find the command nios2-download. ...

It's part of the Nios II EDS...you've got to install and set paths properly to Altera's toolchain as well.
