Where is "altera_europa_support.vhd "?

When I compile my project in quartus6.0,I get such message:

Warning: Can't analyze file -- file E:/MyStudy/quartus/standard/altera_europa_support.vhd is missing

but system can work,so what's wrong with my work?What's is the altera_europa_support.vhd file?Any idea?

    I asked the Altera support from a local distributor about it and I did not get a useful answer, so we just keep ignoring it.
