What the "Exception Address" mean?

In SOPC Builder, at the "More CPU settings" menu, there has a table which contains a selection "Exception Address". I don't know its mean and what function it does. Anyone who knows can t...

If an ecternal interrupt or a trap occurs, the program counter jumps to this address. So you can do the interrupt handling over there.
