vga controller IP core

Hi

I want to display uclinux console on vga frame buffer on de2 board. I founded the altera wiki frame buffer page. But the vga_controller link is damaged.

If someone have this core, please help me to find it.

Is there any way to work with framebuffer without that IP core? Or could i use the University Program vga controller ?
