Using Visual C++ for NIOS project mgt

Folks, Has anybody set up Visual C++ to run a cygwin makefile before. I am getting it running but the environment is not correct, it cant find some files/libs.

My FAE sent me a pseudo app-note concering just that. I will email it to you if you give me your email address (the internal email doens't support attachments).
