I still haven't received my 2C35 board (some delays due to ROHS redesign) -- which is why I haven't updated the pre-built binaries and cygwin-friendly source tarball yet. When my board gets here I'll be updating everything and adding direct support for the 2C35 (along with some other features). In the mean time, just post any questions and I'll do my best to respond.
