Using NIOS II with DE2

Hello I am new to the DE2 and using it for my senior design project. I tried running the "hello_world" tutorial from NIOS II on the DE2 board with no success. Is there something I did wrong...

Can you be more specific about what went wrong? The DE2 system cd has pretty much everything you need to get started with the board.
