Using NicheStack TCP/IP Stack – Nios II Edition, Migrate from Cyclone III to Cyclone

Hi I was looking for a tutorial about ethernet and TCP Ip Stack , and I found this: https://www.altera.com/support/support-resources/design-examples/intellectual-property/embedded/nios-ii/exm-using-nichestack.html.

The problem is that there are not design for my board, a DE2115 with a cyclone IV.

The question is : it is possible to migrate a design from a cycloneIII or cyclone V to cyclone IV ?
