using LwIp

Hello,

I have a basic question about the lwip stack. What should i do to use lwip? should i use speciall compiler settings? I can´t compile the examples in the lwip documentation? I want to programm a lwip http webserver to control an Stratix Board with an lan91c111 chip. how i must proceed?
