Please unzip the zip file. There,

NiosII_cycloneII_2c35_full_featured.sof is the fpga configuration file, 2c35 with nios2 MMU.

zImage is the kernel

You should follow

http://nioswiki.com/operatingsystems/uclinux/quartusforlinux

to setup a shell script "n2sdk".

Then run the commands under n2sdk.
