USB kernel config

I'd love to get a copy of that.

I've been working on it myself; I've added some basic stubs in dma-mappings.h, commented out the interrupt enable for the moment, and changed the irq handler to return IRQ_HANDLED; not very detailed, but it would be great to get a version where more thought was put into it.

Would it be possible for you to send it to me, or put it somewhere where it can be gotten at? Or at least outline was needs to be changed?
