Updating the nios2-linux-20090825 package

I am running the update script found in the nios2-linux directory and, among other things, it appears to be updating the tools in toolchain-mmu/x86-linux2/bin but renaming them in the process. Should...

use the script, it just calls git. the toolchain naming update is expected.
