Updating Nios II IDE Filesystem Project

Hi, I would like to know how I update an exisiting Nios II IDE filesystem project to include an additional linux application(s). I currently have a filesystem that does not include busybox...

Um, no... the best way of doing it (at least for busybox) would be to build a full filesystem project with all the apps and copy the busybox file from the new project to your old one...
