update to uClinux-dist

Please find the updated patches to uClinux-dist,

Now Nios2 kernel is included.

So you can build uClinux without Microtroniix's 1.4 release.

You don't even need buildroot.

You can simply install binary toolchain, and use uClinux-dist to build kernel and rootfs.
