Update to buildroot toolchain for nios2

I have tested the latest update svn. the uClibc-snapshot is OK now.

download those buildroot/uClibc/busybox snapshot.tar.bz2 again.

And I have prepared the config files,

unzip them into the buildroot/dl dir. and copy buildroot/dl/buildroot.config to buildroot/.config

then in buildroot dir, make.
