Update to buildroot toolchain for nios2

vapier has kindly incorporated patches from marc into the buildroot.

try out the lastest update of buildroot/uclibc/busybox with svn now or daily snapshot (tommorow).

I haven&#39;t been able to test the new SVN release, but does it include the changes from Thomas Chou too (I don&#39;t know if he submitted this in parallel or if those patches still should be sent to buildroot)?

Thomas did a great job on this forum and with upgrading the buildroot patches to the latest busybox/uclibc releases.
