Uncompressing Linux... ERROR

we are using uClinux-dist for nios2 processor.when are compiling the uClinux for processor cache size 16k it boots properly.

If we increase the cache size to 64k, compilation is successful, when we load into the board we are facing the following issue.

ERROR

crc error

-- System halted "

Please suggest on this.
