Unable to get pio reg file

If you use the IDE (which I recommend, initially), then this shouldn&#39;t be a problem. The example should build, no problem, on a variety of Altera designs.

The problem was solved... the problem was I was using the DE2_PIO and the count_binary needs the pio under the other components!!!
