uC/OSII licence

I&#39;m performing a trade study for a new product we are under contract to build. After weighing the options, I concluded that uCOS-II was the right OS for the NIOS II / ethernet application. However, after reviewing the licensing fees, I&#39;ll have to look at Nucleus again or consider performing the work ourselves. I think the issue of price needs to be addressed before developers waste time working with a free eval bundled into the NIOS II Development Kit. Knowing the fees ahead of time would have helped - especially since the price changed from the last time we inquired.
