Praise the Lord. I've been fighting this problem for almost 2 full weeks. The Altera FAE has been living here. I thought I was going crazy. In my opinion, this is a total catastrophe and absolutely must be fixed. I'm re-installing, rebuilding, renaming everything yet again (this time per the instructions above) and with luck I will be able to spend some time working on our project after my two-week hiatus.
