uClinux ISR?

Hi all, I am pritty much a starter with NIOS and uClinux. So I would like to know if anybody can give me some pointers or examples on how to use interrupts and write ISR's. I have a Kernel ...

you can read linux device drivers (http://lwn.net/kernel/ldd3/), by jonathan corbet, alessandro rubini, and greg kroah-hartman. it's a very good book about developing device drivers. there is also a chapter about interrupts.
