I try the QuartusII V6.0 SP1 + NIOSII V6.0 SP1 + Megacore V6.0 SP1

It is ok!!

There are some problem by QuartusII V6.1 package.

I used the QuartusII V6.1 + Megacore V6.1 + NiosII V6.0 sp1 to try but

is still has problem.
