Now I am on version 5.0 of all 3 components and it is working. Hugo could you tell me what have you tried with version NIOSII 6.0 sp1. Has it been all 3 packages? I am trying now to fing most stable version so I plan to try this:

QUARTUS: 6.1

IP MEGACORE (include NiosII): 6.1

EDS: 6.0 sp1

Hugo, please send me which versions have you tried.
