you may try colinux, which can co-exit with mswindow. (or vmware etc).

Thx, for your replies. So here is not any way how to develope uClinux kernel and device drivers under windows? We are using now NiosI and uClinux from Microtronix under Windows, but we need to change our project to Nios II so we will need new Kernel and some changes in device drivers.
Could anybody help me with this situation? When I read documentation from Microtronix it seems that it should work under Windows.
