uClinux for custom hardware config

Can the present Uclinux be build for my cuctom hardware configuration that will be downloaded to the startix board.

Or is it that the present version supports only the example you had given http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif

    The current version of Nios II Linux officially supports the Altera development boards. It is possible to install Nios II Linux on other development boards at this time but some tweaking of drivers and the nios2_system.h file may be required.

    The issue of installing Nios II Linux on 3rd party development boards is being looked into for the next release of Nios II Linux.
