uClinux-dist-20060803 ISP1362 can not work

updated isp1362, remove hcd->can_wakeup ..

updated DM9000.

Please check again the new DM9000 drive.

Then check the isp1362.

you must remove or rename old uClinux-dist dir,

you must apply the patches ONLY ONCE.
