uClinux build problem

I am a newer of uCLinux.And I am trying to compile the uClinux and port it on the NiosII of DE2 Board. when I run ../build in command line as step posted on this forum, and error occured as follows...

Then when I test the command:

--------------------------------------------------------------------

[giantice@localhost download]$ nios2-linux-uclibc-gcc -v

bash: nios2-linux-uclibc-gcc: command not found

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Does that mean the nios-cross environment is not build up?
