uClinux 4 Nios II (Version 6.1)

You don't need cdk4nios. It is for Nios I.

You can find uClinux-dist download pointer at the wiki,

Colinux works, but it may not be easy for a Linux newbie.

I would suggest you setup a native Linux partition on your pc, (around 20GB) to install WBEL4 and Quartus for Linux . Then you can use it to compile uClinux-dist and jtag download.
