Honored ContributorFor starters, it looks like you have a problem on the MDIO interface between the TSE core and you PHY chip. Could you connect Signaltap probes, or a scope on the pins and check if the signals are ok?
It could also come from bad initialization of the PHY chip. Are you sending it a reset pulse on start up?
