transfering file with CGI and "get"

hello everyone

I wanna use a CGI script in a project and i want to transfer a file from a computer to the nios2 board

I'm using the get method in the htnl file

but i don't know how to remake the file in the nios2 side

what are the variables that i need to use (extract the information from)

and if anyone have an example of a file transfer prgram like this i will be glad to see it's source
