To Nios II/s or f processor speed

according to altera, the stratix pro board will have 200 dmips speed with

1.17 dmips/mhz.

Yes, you can assign it in sopc builder.

If you have ddr sdram, update the ddr sdram component toolbench in sopc build to update timing.

You have to adjust the pll for clock gen, too.

Then check the timing report to see if the timing request meet.
