tmpfs

I've got tmpfs (formerly shmfs) support compiled into my kernel, but when I boot and do cat /proc/filesystems, it's not listed. Is it possible to use tmpfs on microtronix uClinux on the Nios ...

Hi clansdown,

The config option is still in kconfig ... but the tmpfs sources

(and docs) are not part of uClinux. I haven't dug into the tmpfs

code in the normal linux distros, so I'm not familiar with the

implementation ... but it apparently requires MMU support

So ... sadly ... no tmpfs for Nios-II :-(
