tcpip transmit rate

Does anyone know what will be the TCP-transmit rate and receive rate with LAN91C111 chip for eCos via ethernet

    My measurement is based on Cyclone 2C35@85MHz and uC/OS-II. FOr TCP connection I get to around 800kbps. Does anyone have the result for eCOS?
