'SYSTEM_BUS_WIDTH' definition ?

Within IO header file for the NIOS toolchain there is a definition 'SYSTEM_BUS_WIDTH'. Can anybody tell me where this is defined, I have done a search for the string and found nothing...

It's defined on the compiler command line. The automatically generated file generated_all.mk contains this, this can be found in the system_description directory of your system library.
